Ken Koch

Ken Koch grew up in a musicians family with lots of piano playing before studying architecture at St Luc Brussels, Tokyo University and Stuttgart University.

After graduating from the Stuttgart University in 2001 he worked as an architect at several agencies such as Gigantes Zenghelis in Brussels, Samyn and Partners in Brussels, Sauerbruch Hutton in Berlin and HPP in Dusseldorf.

Ken Koch was co-founder of S-office in Brussels, an agency for architecture, urbanism and design.
He worked as an architect and head of the visualization department at Sauerbruch Hutton.
He was project manager and creative director of numerous international projects in communication design for clients such as Orchid Music or Potsdamer Kammerkonzerte.

His focus lies in the creation of images and architecture - scenography in images, i.e. architectural modeling and visualization, graphical composition and design as well as scenography in itself and small scale architecture.

He won numerous competitions and prices.

Since 2009 he is assistant professor at the Technische Universität Berlin and set up his own practice.
